Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

 

Shipping cost: Free shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

 

Carriers and delivery time: We ship via USPS (Ground Advantage). Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days within the continental US after processing.

 

Shipping area: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders aren't available yet.

 

Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

 

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at hello@tidysystemhome.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
