Refund policy

We want you to love your Tidy System dishcloths. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

 

Return window: You may return unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

No Odor Guarantee: If your dishcloths develop odor issues under normal use, we'll replace them free of charge, no return shipping required. Contact us with your order number to start a replacement.

 

Condition for standard returns: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Washed or used cloths can't be accepted for a standard return (for hygiene reasons), but are covered separately under the No Odor Guarantee above.

 

Return shipping: For a simple change-of-mind return, you're responsible for return shipping. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, we'll send a prepaid return label and cover the cost.

 

Restocking fee: None.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Exchanges: Need a different color set or pack size? Email us and we'll help you swap it.
